Our pricing is set out clearly and we confirm any extra work before starting, so there are no surprises.

Step 1: Send through a quote request with your vehicle details, preferred package and any add-ons.
Step 2: We review the request and confirm the most suitable service based on the condition and work requested.
Step 3: Once approved, we confirm your booking time and expected duration.
Step 4: We arrive on site and complete the agreed service with care and attention to detail.

We service the Newcastle and Hunter Region. Travel within 10km of Thornton is included. Travel beyond that is charged at $0.75 per kilometre.

Condition-based pricing: Prices assume normal vehicle condition. Heavily soiled vehicles may require extra time or cost and this will be quoted before work begins.
Access: Access to power and water is preferred where possible.
Weather: Some jobs may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions.
Pet hair and stains: Heavy pet hair, staining and odours are not fully included unless selected as add-ons or otherwise confirmed.
Results vary: Stain removal, odour removal, tar removal and paint enhancement results depend on severity and condition.
Protection services: Waxes, trim protection and similar services are applied to suitable surfaces only.
